Calling all juicing pros.... winking smiley

What do you think of this juicer?
[tinyurl.com]

I am ready to make the purchase - for a wheatgrass juicer in particular, but was hoping to get a bit more bang for my buck and have a combo juicer in case I want to juice other things. (Wy - can you tell me the name of your WG juicer again? I went searching for it and couldn't find the thread.)
Thanks for any help you can offer! VF

Baltochef....will you please jump in here too?

> What do you think of this juicer?

It's a Samson 6 in 1. It's a good all-
purpose juicer, but not as good as the Omega 8003 (IMHO).
I used a Samson for many years before I bought an 8003.

Sure.....it's a Wheateena Green Label. I Love it,
but it does only Wheatgrass....and very efficiently I might add.
I'm bidding on a back-up now on eBay. I'll let you outbid me if
you really want it. This opportunity may not come again.....WY

Wow Wy - that is a great deal - about $100 less than you paid new? I can't take it from you! You don't think another one will come up on ebay? I never really follow it ebay, so don't know how frequently juicers are up for bid. My main concern is getting a wheatgrass juicer, and then if it DOES happen to do other things - even better. If not, that is okay too. I definitely want something very efficient, and I know that once I start using it for other things I would lose some of the efficiency for how well it will juice wheatgrass, right?

to bid up to $300, or more, to get it. Other people know
how good it is too.
I can't take it from you!
I don't mind.
You don't think another one will come
up on ebay? I've never seen one in such good
condition....it's like New.

It's a good thing!! Following eBay can become addictive.

right? You lost me with that one....but no matter. An
Omega 8003 would make a nice little First Juicer for you. Good Luck.....WY

Hahaha, (sounds like I am hoping it is going to clean my house too) I meant that once I start juicing other fruits or veggies - doesn't the juicer lose some of the efiiciency it initially has? If I were to juice hard veggies - like carrots or beets? As opposed to JUST juicing wheatgrass only in it?

I can't take the juicer - although you have one already? This is a backup? I think that you can get a Green Label online for less than $300 - so I wouldn't go to $300.

Check this site out - it lists a green label at $232.

oops, nix that - still a huge bargain. I thought it was a green label, didn't realize it was a Wheatena 2. Now it's really out of my price range. I CAN afford the green label off the site though.

VF....The bidding for the Wheateena Green Label on eBay has reached $305...too Rich for my blood, so I'm bailing out. The $231 price for a new Green Label from Sundance Industries that you posted is True....but the older Green Labels, with the wing nuts for fasteners are much better than the new type they're producing now.
Happy Juicing.....WY
