I learned this one from an old time Jamaican rastafarian musician. Its awesome!

coconut water from 1 coconut
1 mango
2 bananas
1 papaya (I've not been able to find any organic, so I've gone without - its great!)
handful of pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp tahini

blend all together. Enjoy.

I've started drinking what I call the James Ray Breakfast smoothie (I read about it in the book Harmonic Wealth, by James Ray. There is actually a whole section on the physical body and he offers up some great ideas that have worked for me.)

Blend together a handful of bok choy, a handful of napa or Chinese cabbage, one large carrot, as many berries (fresh or frozen - James likes blueberries and raspberries) as you like, and a full glass of water (12 to 16 oz.) You can also mix in protein powder or supplements. You can add ginger or lemon, too (I do).

Then drink up!

a jr fan!

james ray is crazy

why would he put bok choy , napa or chinese cabbage for cryin out loud?

just kiddingsmiling smiley

those mostly white with a touch of green veggies are alright.. i guess.. for those who are a teensy weensy bit afraid of the real deal ( veggies totally covered in green) LOL smiling smiley

i'd have james ray stick with the wealth thing and leave the smoothies alone

am i a tad bit opinionated?

yeah,, just a little
