ice
a tad of cinnamon

use celery as a pusher if needed

3 reasons laV:

long ago i read in sunfood diet about eating all parts of the
watermelon: flesh, rind and seeds (so please don't buy the hybrid seedless)
making exact proportions of the macros fat-carb-pro
im fantasizing it goes for all melons
however, i've been oddly drawn to eating seeds and peels all my life
(not banana)

less waste

less mess!!!

im sure the forum is tired of my posting this
year in year out buuuuuut...

the seeds and rind have tons of
good fats and balances out the sweetness of the flesh

i do believe it is the reason i thrive 7 months of the year
for how many years who knows
on about 90% watermelon

the other 10 % is only because i find so much
fruit laying under trees and all over bushes
they're like pulsing magnets

berries, plums, apples, pears, figs...
however ive not yet found a watermelon
to forage

anyone?
