for those of you who eat fresh fruit, what are your favorite mixes? I'm looking for ideas for fresh fruit breakfast salads. Also, do you ever use frozen, thawed fruit?

I love my yogurt, low-fat granola and fruit option. Thawed fruit is great in Yogurt.. especially if you dont like it mushy.. or say you just want more fruit than what is included... Like adding some strawberries to that great Stonyfield Farm Apricot Mango or Peach... ummm makin' myself hungry!

Mango with anything is one of my favorite breakfasts.
I often add some raw pistachios and agave nectar. Sometimes yoghurt.

Of course, there is always the smoothie option.

Raw hempseed powder in smoothies ups the protein content.

Enjoy!

luna_sky_1 (glad you're with a diurnal outlook too)

Apricots can get that cuter feeling going, what could be better in the a.m,,,
they're like jam that hotels serve I heard.

With that relish availing itself rather quickly, you can make it the bugle for other fruits. Like under a blanket definitely not permanently placed, I've placed semi-apricot halves on semi-avocados and tomorrow I'll have something.

I've also got rosehips in wake me up watermelon.
It looks like a sludge but it's beautiful... great for when you need to make an adjustment with your senses!

I am busy right now so raw breakfast must be easy.
i will eat three of five oranges,
a pint of strawberries or blueberries,
or two apples and a pear
or 1/2 a bag of grapes

I eat only fruit, vegitables and herbs
the combos are on the weekends when I permit

something i would do
lots of delicious fruits with lots of orange or coconut mylk or h20 as a drink or sauce or juice for my cereal(apple/pear)
