cool that you wrote a raw recipe book neat o ! also seems like u had a beautiful adventure on your 45 day juice ambrosia feast and it revved up all this creativity to write the book

Yes you are absolutely right, juice feasting inspired and motivated me to: quit my job as a banker, create raw recipes full-time, and I am now planing a move to Ojai, to live in a raw vegan village!! Yippie, I am so excited! Thanks for checking out my site. I have two books out so far, the other one is Ice Cream! I'm trying to show those on a conventional diet that there is more to raw foods than fruits and veggies! I know that most of us naturally evolve to eat simply... but that can be a hard mental block in the beginning!
