Date: November 17, 2008 07:49PM I stumbled upon this by accident...trying to make wraps! I put way too much filling in and couldn't roll the leaves so instead I left them unfolded like a crispy Mexican tortilla shell, piled the filling into the middle and ate them with a knife and fork...
even my partner who ALWAYS goes on about how disgusting my food looks commented on how cool it was So you need: leaves from a LARGE savoy cabbage for the shells whatever filling you fancy! Today I had chopped spinach with marinara sauce and mung bean sprouts, tomorrow I think I'll have spinach with corn kernels and macadamia cream. I think this would work with any left overs you have in the fridge. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
