Raw Food Appetizers

Hi,

Does any one have suggestions for some easy appetizers that are raw. I need to feed about 50 people and they are mostly not raw. I want something that is easy to eat with fingers since it it a holiday party. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Tomato Slices w/Cheese or other spread
Nori Bites (mini wraps)
Cucumber Slices w/Guacamole
Marinated or stuffed Mushrooms
