Dates vs. Agave

Date: May 25, 2009 09:37PM Hi.
I am currently on a candida diet, but I want to have an occasional "cheat," and I want to make it with something that is low in carbs, but of course has sweet taste. From the numbers, it looks like agave would work, but something tells me that even though dates have a higher GI (and more carbs), I should go with dates. Anyone have any thoughts, opinions, or knowledge of this? Thanks, Joelle Re: Dates vs. Agave

Mmmmm....divine. Re: Dates vs. Agave

Agave is processed, and not raw... Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
