Are dehydrators safe?

the wire is still a conduit for electrical flow also depending on the condition of the wire are there any cuts holes or abraded edges? if so, it could cause a fire plus also how long will you be leaving home? that is also a factor also do u have pets? dogs? kids? they could knock things over and whatnot earthquakes could occur and ( depending on where u live) hurricanes but other than those xtreme cases ( wherein there still will probably not be a fire ) i would say they are a lot safer than ovens cuz they don't heat up rapidly and they make things stay a certain temperature for LONGGGGG periods of time Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
