Date: January 18, 2009 05:16PM I soak a quarter cup of really raw almonds (that I get from my farmer friends in California) overnight, then puree them up in my Magic Bullet with about a cup of water and strain in a cloth, squeezing out the water. I sometimes use the pulp for dehydrated crackers. For chocolate milk, I'll whiz a little agave and cacao and vanilla in the milk. for creamy sauces, I'll use the milk with pesto or mushrooms, onion and garlic.
