A Fix For My Quiche?

Date: February 16, 2009 03:45AM I made a mushroom quiche, and it's pretty good except that there was obviously too much lemon juice required and it takes away from the flavor. Is there anything I can add to it or sprinkle on top to counteract this sour flavor? Maybe date sugar or something similar? The quiche does not have any sweetener or sweet fruits included, just veggies and nuts.
Thank You. Linda Re: A Fix For My Quiche?

maybe you can add a lot more diced tomato to the top of the quiche to counteract the sour flavor of the lemons hope it didn't ruin it too much LOL by the way , what did u use to make your quiche? i used kale and spinach in mine but i think i put too much garlic LOL Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
