frozen fruit yogurt recipes?

and a juicer. Thats it.. haha any ideas on what I can make with these? can I put nuts or seeds in a food processor? this morning i made mango and banana puree and put it in the freezer, I was hoping to get a sorta ice cream type thing outa it.. lets see what happens with that hah. I've got a centrifugal juicer - nothing fancy. It will juice/grind just about anything including nuts and seeds, even though it is not specifically made for the task. I've been making coconut/banana purees that are delicious. I suppose they could be put in the freezer for a chilled treat -- something to try next.. peace to you Re: frozen fruit yogurt recipes?
