what to do with the little suckers....... I like to juice them mostly. I shred them and put them into a salad. OR you can ferment them along with other veggies. Other than those suggestions, there the arugula w/ golden beets & walnuts in orange miso dressing: salad 1 bulb fennel (LOVE fennel!) 2 cups golden beets, peeled & julienned 1 bunch arugula, torn into bite sized pieces 2 scallions, sliced thinly 1/2 c. walnuts orange miso dressing 2 tbs miso, white preferred 1 orange, peeled & seeded 1/3 c. evoo 1 tbs. grated ginger 1 clove garlic slice fennel..place fennel, beets, scallions, arugula, and walnuts into bowl. dressing: put all the stuff into blender. blend until smooth Take care  ) Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
