Non-Dairy Ice Creams

Using nondairy creamer, rice, soy, or almond milk. make some trays of ice cubes.
Use a cup of that same liquid and add 3/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract, your chosen sweetener for taste, your fruit or additional flavorings such as pumpkin, peanut butter, cookies, syrups), plus 2 or 3 cups of those previously frozen ice cubes, and blend at a lower speed for up to 15 seconds, and then at your highest speed just until you attain the consistency you want. Then, share your experience and what flavors or adjustments worked best for you and your blender. Manolie
