Is tofu raw? I saw it mentioned in a couple recipies, and I'd love to eat some if it is.

tofu is cooked/processed. i use to eat a ton. then i was reading all the bad stuff about it. i used to put it in the kids smoothies but since it has a lot of phytoestrogens in it i blame my daughters early developement on tofu!
