I just joined today and have been wondering whether or not it would be ok to keep almonds, walnuts, etc in the freezer? Would this damage the enzymes?

Freezing is detrimental to the enzymes to an extent, definantly not as bad as heating food is. David Wolfe has an article about this somewhere on the net.
