I need a blackberry recipe!

Hi Everyone,

I'm going to a blackberry festival and have been asked to bring something 'raw.' Sofar I've made blackberry crumble which tastes pretty good. I've found I can't put blackberries in the blender because they become gritty (seeds.) Any innovative ideas out there?

Thanks!
Margie

You can strain the seeds out of them. Blackberries have just too many seeds for me to want to eat them without straining out the seeds somehow.

You can purchase mesh strainers that are fine enough to remove the seeds. You could blend them first and then push the blended blackberries thru the strainer using a spoon.
