Preserve Cucumbers?

Date: August 12, 2010 08:16PM We have so many nice cucumbers coming out of our garden this year, which have made our raw food eating experience a joy.
This being our first year of eating raw, I don't know what to do to preserve them for use during the winter. We have a dehydrator. Is that the best way? How would I use them after I dehydrate them? Any suggestions or recipes would be nice. Thank You! Re: Preserve Cucumbers?
