Roasted Red Peppers - A Good Immitation?

Date: December 02, 2013 06:51PM So I'm considering adopting a raw/high-raw diet after spending 4 years as a vegan (3 years in high school, one year now back on the wagon).
One of my absolute favorite cooked vegan meals is a mock Hawaiian pizza - pineapple, olives, and roasted red peppers. After eliminating processed food from my diet this time around, it's been one of those things that tastes "junky" without fake cheeze and such, and I would love to replicate it in the raw. One more question - could such flavor be achieved with a marinade? Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
