Sunflower seed cheese problems

Date: December 03, 2006 03:12PM I tried to make this recipe from the living and raw foods recipe page, but it turned out smelling and tasting rather gross. I'm not sure what I did wrong. Has anyone had success with this recipe? I couldn't find any kelp so I used dulse. And I used rejuvalac made from kamut. Any suggestions? Does anyone have any good cheese-like recipes that they've found? Would appreciate any advice.
