recipe for a tahini/ginger dressing?

Date: February 06, 2007 04:13PM I am eating a salad with a tahini/ginger dressing that I bought at a raw food health store and it is incredible! The best dressing I ever had. I will ask them next time I go...but am not sure if they would want to give the recipe away. Anyone know how I can make this??? (just mix tahini and ginger..???) I have never even made my own tahini. Date: February 19, 2007 08:41PM Try orange juice, mac nuts, tahini, and ginger blended in the blender. 1 to 1 ratio of juice to nuts. One of my favs.
