Date: February 18, 2007 06:21PM i made a fruit soup and had 2 bowls for breakfast.I blended up grapes and raw pears and strawberries in the blender and then i chopped up strawberries and cut grapes in half to float in the bowl.it was so good.not anything really complicated but it was good. i got the idea from "dining in the raw".it doesn't use the chopped up fruit like i did.
what other combos have others used to make a fruit soup?just wanting idea's.have a nice day.hugs taylor Re: fruit soup

Date: February 18, 2007 09:04PM Hey taylor! Sounds like you're comin' right along!!!
I like to make fruit soups (or real thick smoothies) and then pour them over sprouted and dehydrated buckwheat or just sprinkle the buckwheat on top. That might be bad food combining, but it doesn't seem to cause me a problem. I like the crunchiness. Adding a dash of organic (no alcohol) vanilla really jazzes up a fruit dish. LIfe Is Good! alive! Date: February 20, 2007 03:39PM You can put cored apples, peel and all, in a food processor with cinnamon and honey. Just process it up-applesauce.
I decided to make some fruit soup for breakfast after reading this yesterday. I made apple and strawberry and pear and raspberry. On both I put chopped kiwi. It was really good and probably the prettiest food in the world. Re: fruit soup
