Date: March 05, 2007 04:58AM Does anyone have this book? It's got some great sounding recipes. However, I'm not sure if when the author says 3 cups of sprouted almonds, he means yield after sprouting or that you measure 3 cups of almonds and THEN sprout them. Can someone please help?

Date: March 17, 2007 06:19PM HI there...in one of my raw books they said the rule for this is....if it calls for 3 cups of sprouted almonds they mean pre sprouted because it says sprouted ....most other receipes will says 3 cups of almonds sprout or sprouted which means take 3 cups of almonds and then sprout them....so i hope you understand that was the only way i could explain is what i read haha...good luck with everything...
