No Dehydrater

I have been reading and scrollig down the reciepes forum. I am wondering if there are any foods that do not require this machinary? I have 2 cookbooks being delived Monday or Tuesday. I have had nearly EVERY variety of salad...LOL!!!

Any help is welcomed!

Ksee,

Yes, there are many recipes that do not require a dehydrator. I've been modified raw for about 2.5 years and have never had one. I do plan on getting one in the future to dry out fruits, etc. to keep for emergency supplies.

For greens/fruits, besides eating them whole or sliced up, you can blend or juice. Cut-up recipes include raw pasta, blended include smoothies, and juices are just that.

Some say that the ideal diet is a mono-diet where only one type of whole fruit is eaten. I prefer to eat more variety but mono's are good for cleanses.
