Date: April 26, 2007 03:13AM I prefer herbal tea like German Chamomile, Mint, Senna leaf, Pau D'Arco, Fenugreek, etc. I still boil the water and let it steep. In that way, it's not raw. I suppose if you wanted to, you could put slightly heated water on the herbs to let it seep without boiling it. That would be truer to raw.
Anyhow, I allow the water to cool down before drinking it. I don't know that all the essential oils are released if the water is too cold. Unless the suntea is make from herbs, you're ingesting caffeine which is bad for your body. I avoid caffeine. Therese Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
