Date: May 09, 2007 09:25AM Hello there, I've been eating raw for 5 years now and am going to put a recipe book together soon. I was just wondering if there was anything in particular you would like to see, can you give me an idea of the kind of recipe book you would like to see out there. Mention anything else you think is relevant.

Date: May 18, 2007 02:44PM Hello Sue...any recipes that don't frighten people with lengthy ingredient lists. Perhaps a basic recipe for...tomato sauce...for example...start with tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, sea salt, pulse together...and then add...maybe basil and/or mushrooms and/or parsley and/or ect...
I often see recipes that have so many ingredients that the flavors are cancelled out by too many things...Diana Re: recipe book
