Date: June 12, 2007 05:43PM Hello...Gabrielle Chavez, author of "The Raw Food Gourmet" uses the pulp in her cracker recipes...I wish I had the time to be more specific but she advocates saving the pulp and using it in other recipes...perhaps as a thickening/binding agent...Good Luck...Diana Re: what to do with nut pulp after making raw milk

Date: June 14, 2007 06:47AM How about adding in some raw agave syrup/dates and just eating it like a creme? Or making nut butters, candies, raw cakes/pies with the nuts as a base, etc.? There are alot of calories but it is very delicious. Re: what to do with nut pulp after making raw milk

dehydrate the wet pulp on teflex sheets till completetly dry in your dehydrator. Place dried pulp in food processor and pulverize till mixture looks like "flour". Use this almond flour in your cookie recipes.( i.e, mix with dates and vanilla and press and fill a jam dot inside made from fresh fruit and agave.) dehydrate your completed cookies till dry. the texture of the almond flour made from pulp is incredibly smooth and rich tasting. mmmmm enjoy. i breathe in i breathe out Bikini Re: what to do with nut pulp after making raw milk
