I wanted to pass on this recipe for raw cheese cake. I want to give credit to where i found it since it is not mine. I found it at rawfoodmedia.com just search for cheese cake in the video search area to find video recipe of how to make it.

1 1/2 cups of pine nuts
1 1/2 cups of cashews nuts
3 coconut meats
1/8 cup of coconut water
1/10 cup of agave to sweeten
1 quart of strawberries
1/8 cup of lemon juice
1/3 cup of coconut oil
1 tsp of vanilla

Just mix in blender and you will have the cheese cake filling

for crust again goto raw food media for video to see how to do it.
2 1/2 cups of walnuts
1/2 cup golden rasins
3 table spoons of flax meal which is flax seeds ground up.
5 dashs of sea salt
food process all together to get crust. place in plate and pour filling over top. set in freezer for 3 hours and place in referigator until ready to serve.

This sounds really good, but can you tell me what the 3? is for on the coconut meat.
