dehydrating in oven

Hi all!!

I am on a wee bit of an adventure here.
Attempting to create my very first raw power bar.
Basically a combination of soaked seeds, nuts, fruits.... so far so good.

But the question I had is this...

I do not have a dehydrator. But I remember corresponding with one lady who told me she dehydrated in the oven with only the heat of the light bulb.

Ok, sounded good to me. So, I know have this goop in my oven (with no air circulating like a dehydrator would) for over 24 hours now, and it is still very damp.

I am wondering what the chances are that this will mildew long before it ever dehydrates.

Anyone been there done that?
Also any other good recipe ideas for quick power bars?

Thanks all.
