Date: October 22, 2007 12:33PM I'm fairly new to all of this, and have been reading up like crazy on this lifestyle (I don't cosider it a diet),but am really confused about soaking times for nuts & seeds; so many book authors / online info. conflict with each other. And are there some that you AREN'T supposed to soak - like pine and macadamia?
I looked through the archives here but didn't see anything on this topic... would so appreciate any and all advice! Re: Soaking times for nuts/seeds
