Date: December 02, 2007 03:48PM You can go with a banana base-- easiest thing-- add dates for extra sweetening or a little agave if needed
vanilla Mint anything you fancy or go with a nut milk base--almond would be light, cashew would be creamy and heavy!! enjoy!! either use a juicer or..go with blending and just keep breaking up and stiring if you dont have an ice cream maker!! Re: Raw Icecream!

Date: December 05, 2007 11:51PM Hi, i did the banana base and it was very yummy, now i would like to try the nut milk base...so i make milk out of either cashews or almonds and then add stuff to that??? What would be good to add to a nut milk base! I have some frozen mixed berries in the freezer, would that work or that is better with the banana? Gosh, this stuff is so so much better than any store bought junk!!! Thanks guys!

So.. Rasberry or Strawberry or cherry with Cashew cream-- give that SAD Strawberry and cream flavour The almond is a lot lighter.. so I would go with mint, ginger, orange should come up lovely!! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
