4 baby portabella mushrooms Handful of fresh basil juice of 1/2 meyer lemon Tonight I processed everything above in a food processor and tossed the resulting marinara with spiralized zucchini and broccoli florets. I served the whole thing over torn spinach leaves. Really satisfied my need for something gourmet without overt fats or spices! Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 01/24/2008 07:29AM by macfly.
