Just wanted to let everyone know about 2 retreats i'm hosting at Turquoise Barn , a vegetarian, vegan & raw food B&B located on an organic farm in the Catskills, approx. 3 hours from NYC.

Rejuvenation Retreat: Food, Nature & Art - Wednesday June 8th – Sunday June 13th
Join us for 5 days of learning, gentle cleansing, & relaxation - an ideal way to welcome the summer. This Retreat is designed for anyone wishing to rejuvenate and regenerate your mind, body & spirit in a comfortable, safe, and supportive environment. Weekend will include beginning vegan, raw & living food preparation classes, drawing classes, hiking, yoga, educational films & discussions and plenty of time to relax & explore the wonders of nature in the Catskills right here in our own backyard. All meals are included and will be free from wheat, animal products (dairy, eggs, meat), and sugar. Ingredients used will be fresh whole foods & juices, and organic. In this soup to nuts course you will learn beginning & intermediate food preparation as well as the what, whys, & hows of a raw food lifestyle.
