Date: July 15, 2009 04:42PM Greetings all! I am brand new to this forum, and to raw eating. I am struggling with a problem that I hope someone can help with.
I am committed to learning to eat raw, and to changing my diet, but I work full time, and am trying to figure out where I will find the prep time for food. I have been reading The Complete Book of Raw Food (ed. Julie Rodwell), and while it is full of delicious sounding recipes, a lot of them require prep days in advance. How have some of you resolved the time crunch ? Thanks for any tips. Re: Intro

Also a great way to gets kids started on healthy eating, as well as those that turn up their nose to *healthy* eating. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
