I have always loved my juicer but now i am wanting to get into more raw food eating.
Im starting out about 50% raw and working my way up,lol
I am doing some reading up on sprouting and would like any input from sprouters out there on where to start
also do you all eat beans of any kind?

I sprout mung, adzuki and lentils (mixed) in a half gallon jar with a screen on my kitchen counter. Soak 1/4 cup overnight, drain, rinse three times a day, and in about three days I throw them in most of my food or just snack on them like popcorn.
