A good friend got me started on raw but after eating for 50 years on refined foods I figure I need a bit of help. HELP!! I been working on smoothies in the morn and organic foods. Im also obese and looking to drop those pds!

The two most important words when it comes to getting started: Smoothies and Salads
Try having a big smoothie for breakfast, and a salad for lunch. Then as you're transitioning, maybe have something cooked for dinner. Work towards raw, think of it as a journey not a destination. I am currently not all raw. If you never get to 100% raw that is okay. If you do and it works for you, all the better.
I'm not sure what sort of help you're looking for. If you think of some more specific questions I will try to help as much as I can. Congrats on taking a step towards better health and weight loss!
Btw, are you exercising as well? Very important.
