Date: April 29, 2007 04:43AM Hi my name is Kayleigh, and I just went to the store today. I picked up some apples, a mango, some dates, a bag of spinach, some bell peppers, LARA bars, grapes, oranges, and grapefruit.
I have no idea what to expect. Haha. So, suggestions? Tips? Does going raw make you tired at first? Anything I should know? Thanks so much!! Re: Hello, I'm new!

I hope you succeed in your endeavors. I've already found some great info here in just a few days. If you read you may want to pick up a few books. The calender on fitday.com that Jgunn mentioned is priceless, for me at least. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
