Date: June 19, 2007 06:43PM I am new to this style of eating and have a lot of burdoc weeds growing in my yard. Has anybody juiced them? Has anybody else used this weed?
I also have lots of stinging nettles. What can I do with them? Re: What can I do with burdock weeds?

Date: June 20, 2007 03:15AM jodi, were the nettles dries when you ate them in a salad? I read that the nettles are very nutritious but it is important to dry them or cook them due to the stinging leaves Re: What can I do with burdock weeds?
