Did I really reverse my rheumatoid arthritis with juicing?!

Date: March 24, 2011 04:56AM I followed an intensive juicing and (mostly) raw food therapy for a little over a month. My blood test now shows a sed rate of 17 (it was 120 when I was first diagnosed some 6 years ago, and in the high 20's while on meds such as prednisone, methotrexate, humira and more).
I have been off any and all meds for 50 days now. Is it too early to celebrate??? Re: Did I really reverse my rheumatoid arthritis with juicing?!

Date: August 07, 2011 09:39PM Definitely celebrate.
I have osteoarthritis in my knee and thumbs. I've been easing into a raw food diet for several months and I'm now about 90% raw. I haven't had pain in my thumbs for at least 2 months and the pain and swelling in my knee have decreased by well over 50%. I'm considering trying a juice fast to see if I can get the knee back to normal. Your experience with your RA is encouraging. Re: Did I really reverse my rheumatoid arthritis with juicing?!

Date: October 17, 2011 11:21AM Absolutely celebrate ! You have the blood work to prove it. I always get superstitious about "celebrating" a little too soon.
But with me, I have had lower back pain for over 35 years. I always just lived with it. Since juicing, the pain is gone! (just hope the superstition gods didn't here that) Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
