Date: May 19, 2008 11:55PM I am just curious if people have noticed improvement in the health of their teeth after an extended period of being raw. I am pretty new to being completely raw. I would like my teeth to be whiter? Does anyone have any natural tips for better teeth? Re: Teeth & Raw Food

Date: June 04, 2008 04:39AM the first time I went all raw
my teeth got worse because usually you eat a lot of fruit and sweet fruit and do not use good tooth paste ir good natural tooth paste but now getting into the raw diet again my teeth are a bit better I use this toothpast called beyond tooth paste [www.thewholewhey.com] it is natural and has helped my teeth so much but raw food in my experience has not helped my teeth and in general most raw foodists have problems with their teeth but keeping good hygene brushing teeth, irrigating teeth, flossing, bushing with baking soda all helps maintain a healthy mouth not eating too much sweets Re: Teeth & Raw Food

Date: June 06, 2008 09:47PM My daughter (12) had really yellow teeth. She has always been good about brushing well and often so I asked the dental hygienist about it. She said it was because of her coloring (pale). I didn't like that answer so I researched oil pulling and started doing it with her. We noticed a huge improvement in a week. Now her teeth are so much better and mine too. I have been doing it with her because of the claims that it pulls toxins from the body. Now my husband is doing it because our teeth are so white.
