Date: June 22, 2008 04:13PM I never took a class, just bought a couple of books years ago. I still have my Richard Hittleman yoga book (pretty easy) I bought in the 1970s and my big Bikram Choudry ('hot yoga') book (more difficult) from the 1980s, and now I do some Bikram yoga almost every day. I love yoga because you can do it at home or outside without any props; you don't have to go to the gym. On a lazy or busy day I still manage to do it before I go to bed, because all I have to do is pull out my yoga mat and get started, and before I know it I've done 30 minutes of yoga and I feel great.
