How to combat asthma?

Date: March 25, 2009 12:36AM My asthma has returned after many years with no symptoms. I attributed it to cutting out dairy and meat. But recently I have been having symptoms. I've moved into a new house and gutted the place, exposing myself to lots of dust. I bought some masks but it was too late. Online I found that ACV can soothe symptoms, and it did help. But what else can I do? Will my respiratory system always be susceptible to dust? I seem to do okay with grass, something I was sensitive to. Hopefully I wasn't breathing in anything more harmful than dust, like mold .
I want to get rid of asthma once and for all. Any holistic advice? Re: How to combat asthma?

Date: March 25, 2009 01:43PM If this is an acute symptom brought on by the remod, it is possible that you inhaled some sort of nonorganic particulates. This isn't necessarily a resurgence of your old problem, but something temporary(I hope). Maybe eat a lot of greens and continue with ACV, and give yourself time to process this stuff out. You healed yourself before; have faith you can again. Keep us posted. Re: How to combat asthma?

A friend of mine who's a raw food 'guru' was exposed to a toxic particulate in his home who experienced acute asthmatic symptoms as a result. He healed himself by alternately water fasting and juice fasting until his lungs were healed. Sharrhan: [www.facebook.com] Re: How to combat asthma?
