I never thought I would see the day the Govt would patent a plant, well here it is, no you cant patent a plant, But you can patent part of it.
You see he latest research with cannabinoids has shown five new to us antibiotics.so this nazi govt has now locked that up. plant patenting better
than bayonets, you want to control the poeple control the foods!

This is very important information. Too bad the US government and the DEA does not care about the health of the citizens of the USA and keeps this very important class of medications away from us.

And there you have it. The same federal government that steadfastly denies pot has any medicinal value also holds the medical patents on the plant’s various therapeutic cannabinoids. And they aren’t the only ones who do.

Patenting plants (genes, knowledge, etc.) is evil, stupid and ballsy.
