Teeth & Hydrogen Peroxide

Date: June 02, 2009 10:17AM Here's hoping someone out there knows more than I do...!
I'm trying to get off all chemicals in products such as shampoos, soaps, deo, etc and toothpaste is the last on my list! And apparently the hardest to replace! After finally finding the food grade peroxide to replace it (which does give a nice clean-mouth feel), I found out that I shouldn't be using it, because I have metal fillings (which in itself annoys me, but what can I do now....). So the question is, what else can I use?!? Apparently baking soda is no longer recommended, as it now contains traces of benzene, so what's the latest plan of action? Suggestions please! ;-) Lindi Re: Teeth & Hydrogen Peroxide

Date: June 02, 2009 03:42PM I love using Vicco tooth powder. It's herbal, tastes good, and makes your teeth and gums feel wonderful. Don't use their toothpaste, though: it's got glycerin in it, which is not so great for your teeth. You can usually find Vicco products at little Indian markets.
