Date: April 21, 2010 12:19PM Hi shy, can you give us some details? Was it diagnosed by a doctor and are you getting cobalamin shots or supplements?
I used to get acid reflux after a big meal of rice or pasta. On mostly raw foods I don't get that. I started out eating more greens, trying to figure ways to eat raw what I used to steam and cutting out the pancakes drowned with high fructose corn syrup with a big dollop of yogurt.. that was a tough one, but there are new favorites. I would think a lower protein diet would help symptoms, which means animal products have got to go... Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
