What makes ACV work?

Date: November 18, 2010 09:28AM I had a case of diarrhea and drank some ACV in water and it went away. This always seems to work for intestinal issues among other ailments. What is it about ACV that makes it quell intestinal issues? Re: What makes ACV work?
