We should all live a long life, and how great it would be if we could all be billionaires at that age -- [www.nytimes.com] Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 03/06/2011 11:47PM by KidRaw. Re: Healthy Billionaire Who's Planning His 125th Birthday

Wow! Cool. Amazing opportunity to study healthy diets. Great! Why is he walking on a tredmill when he lives on thousands of acres? Impressive diet! Wish he wasn't such a jerk to people regarding diet and weight. Lucky! Darn, he's a developer. Ambitious! Cool. I really want some of those cookies. Edited 1 time(s). Date: March 07, 2011 08:55PM I read a few commentaries about centarians on longevity, most seem surprised that they lived that long, they said they weren't really trying. can one really plan on living to X age? Re: Healthy Billionaire Who's Planning His 125th Birthday

It is a fact that healthy old age is achieved by the amount one eats, not so much by what one eats. Luigi Cornaro is a prime example.....WY [drbass.com] Re: Healthy Billionaire Who's Planning His 125th Birthday

Date: March 08, 2011 10:53PM The Murdock Recipe for Vegetable Soup has salt in it and the Murdock Recipe for Chocolate Cookies has sugar in it, but the article said he doesn't eat salt or sugar....
[www.nytimes.com] He does look skinny. I thought skinny people don't live as long as those who have a few extra pounds or are perfect weight. There's something about old men who are all alone that seems so vulnerable to me. Not so with single old women, they seem fine and capable. Re: Healthy Billionaire Who's Planning His 125th Birthday
