Reduced lung function and breathlessness due to swelling and narrowing of the lung airways and excess mucus in the lung passages

Constriction (tightening) of blood vessels in the skin, resulting in a drop in skin temperature
Less oxygen carried by the blood
Stickier blood, which is more prone to clotting
Damage to the lining of the arteries, which is thought to be a contributing factor to atherosclerosis (the build-up of fatty deposits on the artery walls)
Reduced blood flow to extremities like fingers and toes
Increased risk of stroke and heart attack due to blockages of the blood supply.

Great info!

Interesting question Tamukha, It would be odd to be a tobacco smoker, yet health minded enough to be a raw foodest.

I've never tried tobacco in any form. However if someone chose to indulge, vaporizing is probably a healthier deliver method for anything that can be smoked. I wonder how many of those ill effects would still occur. Probably most, since tobacco contains so many unnatural additives to begin with. That's pretty nasty stuff that goes into cigarettes in addition to the heavily insecticide coated tobacco. smiling smiley
