My wife and I are doing our first juice fast this week. It's our first fast together. My only other fast was basically anything liquid and I went for 4 days... very nice.

Also you can order a case of medjool dates from this guy.. I just got a case and they are fantastic! He has a farm in Arizona and they are VERY reasonably priced. Here is his email. He asked me if I knew anyone else who needed dates.

Uti.. yes that's the regulation... and you technically have to go to the farm and buy them, so if you live in California where most o the world's almonds come from then yeah it would be a cinch to get them.
If not then you have to come up with something else.
Suvine.. yeah you can get raw almonds... completely unpasteurized.

Suvine to put a black frame around your pics in photoshop you can also ad another black later behind the photo layer and then just shrink the photo layer slightly. Super easy. Then, obviously, flatten the image.

they actually don't look photoshopped as much as they look like the person put them into html and the html stretched the pic and the person didn't really know what to do with them once they were up there.

they are still in business if you go to their contact page they have a phone number and yeah they do have a message machine. Sometimes Alex isn't the best at getting back via email but you will get your stuff. I order from them often... I know he's super busy right now.

Yeah Gabe Cousens quotes some research on this subject that the enzymes were still intact and Bryan I thought it was only 2 hours at 145. Anyway that may be it. I didn't find CG expensive at all compared to other raw places I've been too.

LOL this is ridiculous. Do some research. Find a solution. They are out there. I have spoken up. I have called. I have spoken. I have written and signed. However, I am not stupid and choose to create my own solution in the meantime. I think that's the way things are going to go. It is no one else's responsibility to take care of ourselves than us.

Also, if I can come up with $$ to take care of things on $25k per year and $885 a month in rent AND a raw food diet then so can everyone else. This is for a family of 3 by the way... $25k total.

rawnora... this is exactly the kind of thing that is going to get further policing of almonds. If you go on here and advertise what your plans are then it's really pretty easy to figure stuff out.
There are many options available still.
I realize this may sound paranoid to a lot of you, but I completely believe this. There are solutions out there for anyone who wants them.

yes I have a dehydrator.. I use it a couple of times a month... yes I like it. most people here I find are not into the whole recipe food prep thing much, which is ok. However I like to make things. ok I have an idea for a banana coconut cream pie for you. Use whatever crust you want. For the filling put the meat from about 4 young coconuts with like 6-8 bananas and blend it in the food processor for 2-3 minutes. Then add some coconut flakes. I'm not sure what the best sweetener would be if there is any needed at all. Freeze it or if you want it to set up in the fridge cut out 1 or 2 young c

initially I had the same response... however I took it as admiration of a woman who took a belief system and created a life around it and a system of wealth. Read Suvine's blog and you'll get an idea... she's libertarian and capitalist to the core now. It's been an interesting transformation to watch. On one hand I completely agree with her in an altruistic sense. However greed tends to push everything over the edge. I don't think that over regulation is good at all. I also know what happens in a vaccuum. It's an interesting paradox to consider.

jgunn you can get almonds by the case sent to canada... you just have to pay the duty on the case... it's still WWWAAAAAAAYYYY cheaper than the $23 a pound that natural food stores in Canada usually charge.
