Go and feed on urine, fermented beans and grains, seaweeds. These were not meant for humans just as eating meat was not for us. With only your two hands you cannot go out and hunt for meat and eat it. That they are all well packed in

Steam rooms or saunas put your entire system into high gear in just few minutes, that is not how nature works. There should be more studies on the adverse effects of these machines on the human body in the long run.

Leaving God aside, the universal laws seem to be working perfectly in other systems. The solar system, the galaxies are working in unison, at the subatomic level, the electrons, the atoms are well coordinated in their interactions. Even within our on bodies, the cells, the blood, the nerves all seem to be working fine. But when to come to the food we have to eat, it is not good enough, there is

I am looking into trying fermented juices. My only concern is given that 60 percent of the rejuvelac batches are bad according to Brian Clement study, then 60 percent of my juices will be contaminated which is worse than not being efficiently absorbed.

I juice sugar pumpkins but I eat butternut squash raw. I cut them in small cubes and take them to work. They have a lot of vitamin A but not as sweet as carrots. The amazing about them is that the will clean your digestive system, they work better for me than cabbage.

Humans had periods of famine historically, it is not the case in modern times, most of us are overloaded with undigested foods. That is why juicing is so good for many, it help them rest the digestive system. With a glass of carrots or celery juice in the morning, he may not need to eat the doughnut.

But the problem with obesity is that people are not actually chewing the food they eat. Watch people in a restaurant or a dinner table, food is chewed about 3 times and swallowed. That is where obesity come from especially when the food is not raw and covered with oil and fats. Each mouthful should be chewed at least 30 times but in practice it is only 3 times. With this fact juicing is way be

I do not get discouraged from juicing. I love it. I grow some of greens indoor and that is where the hard work is. I eat fruits and drink green juices, that is my diet. No room for fermented foods. Juicing make me healthy and light.

Some of the seeds are dead so what do you think will happen to them when they are soaked in water for 5 days or more? They cannot sprout, the develop mold, that is why the study by Brian Clement found that 60 percent of the rejuvelac was bad. And in your case, you don't just drink the water, you also eat the seeds.
